In the centre of the centre of Amsterdam Pancakes opened a new 2 storey restaurant. The ground floor is characterised by the light entrance, a vertical wooden unit followed by a blue space starting from the middle. The second floor also begins light and moves into dark blue, connected by a red-brown bar.
